Subscription & billing

Free: full N1 and N2, hangul, placement test, FSRS on foundational vocabulary. Ideal to discover and reach a solid beginner level. Premium: all levels (N3 to N6), full vocabulary, personal packs, TOPIK mock exams, graded readings, stories. Everything except Soa AI. Premium+: everything in Premium + Soa AI (conversational chat with correction), AI K-pop lyrics analysis, writing sessions with detailed correction. AI features that consume API tokens are included. Go to the Subscription page (profile icon → "Subscription"). You'll see your current plan, the renewal date, and a "Cancel subscription" button. A confirmation screen asks you to confirm, then a short question about the reason — so we can improve the service. Cancellation is immediate. You can come back anytime: your data is kept as long as you don't delete your account.

On monthly and yearly subscriptions: no automatic guarantee beyond the 14-day legal withdrawal period in France (unless you've actively started using the service — usually the case from lesson #1). On the lifetime purchase: 30 days satisfaction-guaranteed-or-refunded, no questions asked. Email contact@hangugeo.fr with your order number. For major technical issues preventing you from using the service properly, contact us — we handle refunds case by case.

We use Stripe, which supports: • Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) • Apple Pay and Google Pay (on mobile and compatible browsers) • SEPA direct debit (within the eurozone) • Klarna and Affirm for installments on the lifetime plan All payments are encrypted and processed by Stripe — we never store your card data on our servers.
